Overview:

Position: DFT Engineer
Location:Hyderabad
Work Type: Onsite

Job Description:
- Has worked on scan-stitching; and has good knowledge of scan-stitching related concepts.
- Has worked on ATPG; and is well conversed with the files required to run ATPG.
- Knowledge / experience with Tessent ATPG (mentor) is a plus.
- Has worked on Spyglass-DFT
- Knowledge on automation scripts like TCL/PERL is a plus.
Basic Job Deliverable:
- Support Spyglass debug and coverage correlation..
- Support scan-stitching runs.. Debug DRC / other scan-related issues
- Support ATPG issues. debug coverage holes..
- Support gate-level simulations.
