Designation - Field Application Engineer
Location - Pune Ahmedabad Bangalore Delhi Chennai
Experience - 3Years
Qualification - BE - Electronics
Requirement : The Regional Field Application Engineer (FAE) plays a critical role in providing technical expertise and support to customers and sales teams within a specific region. This role involves conducting product demonstrations solving customer-specific application issues and providing feedback to product management regarding market needs. The Regional FAE is responsible for customer and application mapping driving new business opportunities and identifying product gaps. Additionally the Regional FAE participates in exhibitions supports local sales teams and ensures that all technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibility Area
Customer Visits - Minimum 30 Customer visits per Month Publishing Customer visit report alongwith MOM within 2 Working Days and ensuring the Closure of MOM Points within Specified Target Dates.
Field Trials & Product Installation - Conducting Field Trials & installation of New / Focus Products at Customer end duly giving demo and gathering the feedback and effectively communicating with Product Management through Field Reports. PGO - Number of PGOs Identified.
Application & Bill Of Quantity Mapping - Map customer applications and identify potential product gaps. Identify BOQ & Application Mapping of Minimum 50 Customers & Value of Rs. 5 Crore per Qtr Participate in the creation of case studies and application notes for marketing use.
Focus Products - Drive new business case generation based on customer and market insights. Increaseing the Value & count of Opportunity for Focus Products througn customer visit mapping & competition benchmarkingTrack competitor products and identify opportunities for customer conversion. No of Opportunity conversion
Presenter Evaluation Score - Provide technical support to customers and sales teams in a specific region. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations at customer sites.
