You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWindowstein is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager from an industrial background who can independently manage B2B sales. The ideal candidate will already have an active client base and be capable of pitching and promoting our premium range of uPVC and aluminum windows to their existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities:Leverage existing industrial client network to promote and sell Windowstein s product range.
Identify and close new business opportunities across manufacturing warehousing construction or builder segments.
Conduct client meetings product demos and site visits to understand requirements and offer solutions.
Collaborate with the technical and operations team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Maintain strong post-sale relationships and ensure repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management.
Proven industrial sales experience ideally in building materials windows doors construction products or related fields.
Strong existing client base with the ability to generate immediate leads.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven result-oriented and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Local market knowledge of Chennai and Tamil Nadu is preferred.
