Position Overview:
As an Outbound Sales Consultant you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students who have shown interest in our programs. Your goal is to guide them through the decision-making process and encourage enrollment in the course that best suits their career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students from warm leads web inquiries and past contacts.
Clearly communicate program details benefits schedules and tuition information.
Identify prospective students interests and match them with suitable training programs.
Overcome objections provide follow-up and close enrollments.
Maintain accurate call logs and lead records in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales and enrollment targets.
Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
Deliver a positive and professional experience on every call.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales telemarketing or outbound calling (education or healthcare industry a plus).
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
Confidence resilience and ability to handle rejections professionally.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer tools.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for education and helping others succeed.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
