Job Description

Employee Onboarding & Documentation:
Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees including documentation system access and induction.
Maintain complete and accurate personnel records as per company policies and local regulations.
Statutory Compliance & Legal Coordination:
Ensure timely compliance with Egyptian labor laws social insurance and regulatory filings.
Liaise with legal and compliance advisors on audits inspections and licenses.
Facility & Office Administration:
Oversee daily office operations vendor management and maintenance.
Ensure workplace safety cleanliness and a positive office environment.
Travel & Logistics Management:
Manage domestic and international travel arrangements including tickets accommodation visas and reimbursements.
Support mobility and relocation requirements if any.
Asset & Inventory Management:
Maintain office supplies IT inventory and ensure proper records of assets.
Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for timely purchases.
Human Resources Responsibilities (60%)
Recruitment Support:
Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling assessments and communication with candidates.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Conduct induction programs and ensure employee onboarding compliance.
Handle full and final settlement exit interviews and asset handover process.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Manage confirmations transfers promotions and maintain accurate HRMIS records.
Coordinate with payroll and finance for HR inputs.
Performance Management:
Assist in mid-year and annual appraisal cycles.
Support managers in setting goals collecting feedback and performance tracking.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs in collaboration with managers.
Coordinate logistics for internal and external training programs.
Employee Engagement:
Organize employee connect activities feedback sessions and engagement events.
Act as a first-level contact for employee queries and support a positive culture
