Job Description
Location: Greensboro NC (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
Salary Range: As per Exp.
Client is a well-established commercial architecture firm serving the greater Triad area and the Southeastern U.S. Our firm is known for delivering high-impact projects that inspire and drive community growth. From concept to completion we are passionate about thoughtful design and meaningful contributions to the built environment.
We are seeking a licensed Senior Architect with at least 7 years of professional experience to join our collaborative and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in both design and technical execution with strong leadership potential and a passion for shaping communities through architecture.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead and produce detailed construction documentation that accurately reflects architectural design intent

Oversee project phases from concept development through construction administration

Conduct site evaluations and provide construction observation to ensure design quality and adherence to codes and safety standards

Collaborate with in-house team members and external engineering consultants to coordinate multi-disciplinary efforts

Ensure that all projects are executed on time within budget and meet client expectations

Participate in proposal development and client presentations

Develop and maintain client relationships and support business development for future project opportunities

Maintain in-depth knowledge of local building codes zoning and regulations

Minimum 7 years of post-graduate architectural experience including project management

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program

Licensed Architect in NC (or actively on the path to licensure)

Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit is a strong plus

Strong design documentation and construction phase experience

Excellent communication organizational and time management skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Must be able to work onsite at our Greensboro NC office and participate in occasional local travel for site visits
