Role: Solution Architect

Location Requirement: Guadalajara Hybrid.

What Does success mean in this role

8 years of experience in IT infrastructure architecture design and implementation.

Deep knowledge of networking storage virtualization (e.g. VMware Hyper-V) and server management.

Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and hybrid environments.

Proficient in disaster recovery cybersecurity best practices and infrastructure security.

Proven leadership in complex cross-functional IT projects.

Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

Preferred certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Azure Architect Expert VCP CCNP or equivalent.

Daily Activities:

Design and deploy end-to-end infrastructure solutions (networking storage servers cloud).

Ensure performance scalability security and data integrity across infrastructure.

Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime.

Architect and manage hybrid/multi-cloud environments (AWS Azure GCP).

Optimize infrastructure using virtualization and automation.

Collaborate with security teams to integrate compliance and cybersecurity standards.

Lead technical projects define architecture requirements and manage delivery timelines.

Mentor technical teams and act as a trusted advisor across departments.

Align infrastructure with enterprise architecture and long-term IT goals.

Document solutions and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
