Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Kubernetes and a strong background in AWS EKS.
-
The ideal candidate will lead our DevOps initiatives support microservices orchestration automate CI/CD pipelines and optimize deployments for cloud-native telecom applications ( systems).
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design implementation and management of scalable highly available Kubernetes clusters (cloud).

Define and enforce DevOps best practices tailored to telecom-grade network functions and platforms.

Design and develop Kubernetes clusters specifically for AWS EKS.

Build and maintain Kubernetes control plane components operators and custom resource definitions (CRDs) tailored to meet security standards.

Automate provisioning configuration and monitoring of network functions (CNFs/VNFs) using Helm Terraform and Ansible.

Collaborate with telecom solution architects and development teams to containerize and deploy telco workloads.
-
Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins GitLab) for telecom microservices and network elements.
-
Ensure high availability performance and security of telecom systems in a production-grade environment.

Lead the incident response and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related outages in telecom platforms.

Mentor and guide DevOps team members; conduct technical reviews and promote continuous improvement.
Must-Have Qualifications:

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Engineering or related field.

Strong experience as a Kubernetes developer with specific experience in CKA Level
-
8 years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles with 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline tools (Jenkins GitLab CI/CD).

Hands-on with IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible.

Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure)

Expertise in Linux (RHCE level) shell scripting and networking concepts.

Familiarity with Docker and tools Prometheus Grafana Istio Splunk.

Proficiency in Go/Python

Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
