Education

BS in Computer Science or equivalent
Clearance

Top Secret clearance preferred

Position Overview
Work in a fast-paced environment to assist in migration and deployment of applications in an on-prem cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities include:

Assisting application developers with deployments
-
Standing up common services
-
Recommending solutions for efficient hardware resource utilization
-
Familiarity and experience with Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) tools and software is expected
Technical Requirements
-
Experience with container technologies:
-
Docker Kubernetes containerd etc.
-

Experience with application deployment using CI/CD tools:
-
GitLab Jenkins etc.
-

Experience with monitoring tools:
-
Prometheus Grafana etc.
-

Experience with storage provisioning:
-
OpenEBS Gluster etc.
-
Including data backup and restore
-

Experience with Linux (CentOS desired)
-
Proficiency in multiple programming languages (both dynamic and compiled)
-
Experience building automation tools for repetitive tasks
-
Experience with metrics platforms (e.g. Elastic)
Desired Skills

Knowledge of microservices architecture and design
-
Experience working in a collaborative agile environment supporting rapidly changing requirements
