AEM Tech Lead
Miami FL
12 months Contract to Hire
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AEM Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is a blend of technical expertise and leadership requiring a strong background in AEM development and architecture as well as the ability to guide and mentor a team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AEM 6.5 and a proven track record in developing and integrating APIs as well as front-end technologies such as React HTML CSS and JavaScript with some knowledge of AEM Cloud.
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership (50%):
- Provide architectural expertise and knowledge to guide the team through AEM modernization.
- Review and ensure the quality of code from peers.
- Develop and integrate APIs to enhance functionality.
- Maintain high code quality and performance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Team Leadership (50%):
- Lead and mentor a team of developers fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and project requirements.
- Strategize and implement workflow optimizations to increase team efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in AEM development and architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Experience with Azure DevOps GitHub JIRA and other development tools.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance standards.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience with AEM 6.5
- 1 years of experience working as a team lead
- Proficiency in React JavaScript CSS and HTML.
- Strong experience in developing and integrating APIs.
- Candidate must have experience with AEM Cloud.
- Proven leadership experience in a technical role.
- Candidate MUST be willing to relocate to South Florida within 12 months.
