Job Title: Business Analyst and Data Analyst
Location: Illinois
Job Type: W2 Contract
Visa : H4 EAD GC GC EAD and USC
Experience : 0-4 Years needed ( freshers are considerable)
Rate : 21 $ to 30 $ P/hr
Job Summary
The Business Analyst will analyze business processes gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights for stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions optimize workflows and ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities-
Elicit document and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements.

Create detailed user stories process flows and functional specifications.

Collaborate with IT/development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Perform data analysis to identify trends risks and opportunities.

Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders.

Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-implementation reviews.

Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
Required:
-
Bachelors degree in Business Administration IT Finance or related field.

years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

Proficiency in requirements-gathering techniques (e.g. interviews surveys).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with tools like JIRA Confluence SQL Excel or BI tools (e.g. Tableau).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
