Job Description
Title: Technical Lead Native Mobile App Development

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead for Native iOS Mobile App Development to lead and mentor development teams drive technical excellence and ensure high-quality delivery of mobile applications. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction enforce best practices and act as a key technical consultant across projects involving Swift and Objective-C development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and direction in native iOS app development using Swift and Objective-C.
- Define advocate and enforce coding standards design patterns and best practices for iOS mobile development.
- Mentor and coach developers to build technical skills and improve code quality performance and maintainability.
- Evaluate technical feasibility assess risks and recommend architecture strategies during project planning and design.
- Ensure compliance with software development processes and oversee timely issue resolution and escalation handling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product QA DevOps UX) to ensure alignment on project goals and delivery timelines.
- Submit regular status reports highlighting progress risks and dependencies to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5 years of hands-on experience in native iOS development with expertise in Swift and Objective-C.
- Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture MVC/MVVM memory management and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in Git code branching strategies and CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins Bitrise GitHub Actions).
- Deep understanding of App Store submission deployment processes and provisioning profiles.
- Experience with unit testing crash analytics tools (e.g. Crashlytics) and performance monitoring tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities especially in complex scalable mobile environments.
- Strong communication skills and experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
