Job Description
Job Title: FlexPLM Consultant
Location: Orlando FL (Onsite)
Duration/Term: Long Term Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced FlexPLM Retail Operations Specialist to provide expert guidance on retail operations processes and best practices using PTCs FlexPLM platform. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to drive process improvements training stakeholder engagement and data-driven insights ensuring seamless and efficient performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Expertise:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in Retail NPD and E2E PLM processes.
- Translate industry best practices into actionable FlexPLM implementation strategies.
- Develop and deliver training programs for business users on PLM processes and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues for optimized store operations.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on FlexPLM platform performance.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Engage stakeholders collaborating with NPD teams supply chain and other business functions to align objectives.
- Serve as a Retail subject matter expert sharing industry knowledge and insights on FlexPLM best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in PTCs FlexPLM software and data analysis tools.
Soft Skills:
- Analytical ability to interpret trends and optimize processes.
- Problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) for stakeholder engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and relationship building.
- Leadership & mentoring experience in training and development.
- Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs for business users.
