Job Description:
ServiceNow Platform Development & Administration
- Architect configure and manage the ServiceNow CMDB for effective asset and service tracking.
- Deploy and maintain MID Servers to enable robust system integrations and data aggregation.
- Drive ITOM implementations including Discovery Event Management and Service Mapping.
Dashboards and Monitoring Solutions
- Develop and deploy custom health dashboards tailored to customer and organizational requirements.
- Enhance and maintain out-of-the-box dashboards for better data visualization and reporting.
Integration and API Development
- Design and implement secure APIs (REST/SOAP) for seamless system integrations.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols including mTLS configuration for secure data communications.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.
Documentation and Best Practices
- Maintain detailed documentation for configurations workflows integrations and customizations.
- Adhere to and promote best practices for change management and system governance.
