Position Summary:Fair View Nursing Home is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position in a long-term care setting. The LPN will be responsible for administering medications monitoring resident conditions communicating with physicians and families and assisting CNAs as needed. This role is vital in ensuring high-quality compassionate care for our residents.

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Administer medications in accordance with the Five Rights of medication administration

Monitor and report resident condition changes to the charge nurse and physician

Communicate updates to family members as needed

Support CNAs in their duties and respond to call lights

Report any suspected abuse neglect or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator
