QuarkBooker is a growing digital platform helping service-based businesses manage bookings clients and operations with ease. As we expand were looking for a Human Resources Intern to support our team and assist in building a strong people-first culture.
This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates in HR business or psychology who are passionate about recruitment employee experience and organizational development. Youll work directly with our leadership and gain real-world HR experience in a fast-paced tech startup environment.
Tasks
As an HR Intern at QuarkBooker you will:
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for different roles
- Help manage job postings applications and candidate databases
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Participate in building and updating HR documentation (policies handbooks)
- Contribute to employee engagement and culture-building activities
- Conduct basic research on HR tools platforms and compliance topics
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks
Requirements
Student or graduate in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organized proactive and detail-oriented
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools (Google Workspace Notion etc.)
Fluent in English (French is a plus)
