Job Description
Job Title: ETL Developer
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Experience developing and testing data query solutions using Oracle PL/SQL.
- Proficient in UNIX Shell Scripting for automation and data processing tasks.
- Strong background in ETL design and data warehouse development using SQL PL/SQL and IBM DataStage.
- Expertise in tuning SQL queries in Oracle environments for optimal performance and efficiency.
- Hands-on experience with ETL development in Oracle environments using IBM DataStage.
- DataStage Administration experience on AIX systems including implementation and maintenance of business/technical rules automating ETL code migration and managing services logs security roles environmental parameters and troubleshooting platform issues.
- Experience conducting program and unit testing to ensure quality and functional accuracy.
- Familiarity with handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Social Security Administration (SSA) data security standards including secure error diagnosis debugging and code modification in sensitive environments.
- Experience in program code documentation mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance.
- Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
