Injection Mold Operator 2nd Shift
Location: Wixom MI
Shift: 2nd Shift - Monday-Thurday 330 PM 1:30am
Type: Full-Time
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Injection Mold Operator to join our 2nd shift team in Wixom MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating injection molding machines inspecting products for quality and supporting basic assembly tasks. If you have prior experience in plastic molding or a strong interest in manufacturing wed love to hear from you.

Operate and monitor injection molding machines to ensure proper function and output.

Perform quality inspections on finished plastic parts to ensure they meet specifications.

Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers for quality checks.

Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment.

Assist with minor machine adjustments and troubleshooting when necessary.

Support basic assembly and packaging tasks as required.

Accurately complete production and inspection documentation.

Previous experience in injection molding or a manufacturing setting preferred.

Familiarity with quality inspection tools (e.g. calipers gauges) is a plus.

Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles is a bonus.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Basic math skills required for measurements and calculations.

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
