Job Summary:
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage Power BI for data analysis visualization and the creation of business insights. The successful candidate will develop and maintain interactive dashboards translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure high-quality sustainable reporting to support strategic decision-making within an Agile framework. The analyst will work with various data sources including relational databases and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with BI developers Data and ETL teams and other stakeholders to define business requirements and optimize reporting solutions.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI DAX and Power Query.
- Interpret and write native SQL queries to analyze and retrieve data from relational databases (Snowflake SQL Server).
- Ensure the quality accuracy repeatability and sustainability of reporting leveraging best practices in data management.
- Work within an Agile methodology to deliver iterative improvements to reporting solutions.
- Provide clear and concise documentation for Power BI solutions and business analysis processes.
- Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders ensuring that technical solutions align with business goals.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with a team-oriented approach to collaboration.
- Advanced Power BI skills with expertise in DAX and Power Query.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and cohesive report design.
- Experience with relational databases and data warehouses preferably Snowflake and SQL Server.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Commitment to data accuracy quality and sustainability in reporting.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
