Job Description
Position: QAD Consultant / QAD Functional Analyst
Location: Faridabad
Experience: 4-8 years (can adjust as needed)
Qualification: / BE / MCA / Any Graduate
Support and maintenance of QAD ERP applications across modules (Manufacturing Distribution Financials etc.)
Work with business users to analyze design and implement solutions in QAD
Develop functional specifications for customizations and integrations
Configure QAD modules as per business requirements
Provide end-user training and prepare related documentation
Participate in QAD upgrade / implementation / migration projects
Liaise between business users and technical teams

Strong knowledge of QAD ERP system (Enterprise Edition preferred)

Functional expertise in one or more modules: Manufacturing Distribution SCM Financials

Understanding of business processes in manufacturing / automotive / FMCG industries

Good exposure to QAD reporting tools and EDI

Knowledge of Progress 4GL / SQL (optional but preferred)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Willingness to travel if required for project deployment
