Job Description
Position Title: Supervisor Maintenance (Civil)
Department: Maintenance / Engineering
Location: MP
Reporting To: Maintenance Manager / Facility Head

Supervise and coordinate civil maintenance activities across the facility.

Perform regular inspections to identify issues related to buildings structures drains pavements and other civil infrastructure.

Plan schedule and monitor preventive and corrective civil maintenance works.

Manage civil repair projects including masonry plumbing plastering painting flooring etc.

Ensure availability of materials and proper functioning of tools/equipment.

Supervise contractor/vendor activities to ensure timely completion of jobs as per quality standards.

Maintain civil maintenance records logs and reports.

Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.

Coordinate with other departments for seamless maintenance execution.

Support plant expansions renovations or construction-related work when required.

Good understanding of civil construction and maintenance techniques.

Ability to read civil drawings and layouts.

Hands-on experience with maintenance of buildings roads and utility structures.

Strong planning and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and team coordination abilities.

Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
-
Experience: 5 8 years of relevant experience in civil maintenance preferably in a manufacturing plant or industrial setup.
