Civil Foreman
Lakeland FL
Full-Time / Direct Hire
About:
Lead and supervise civil construction activities on industrial projects ensuring safety quality and timely completion.
Responsibilities:

Monitor and review worker performance.

Manage daily operations: excavation concrete work drainage road construction.

Lead train and supervise skilled workers.
-
Read and interpret blueprints and specs.
-
Coordinate with managers engineers and trades.
-
Enforce safety protocols; conduct daily site inspections.

Set and inspect concrete forms; direct concrete pouring and finishing.
-
Place and tie rebar; install embeds anchor bolts and grout accurately.
Requirements:
-
High School Diploma preferred.

Experience with concrete form setting and rebar in industrial settings preferred.
-
Physically fit for demanding labor up to 12 hours/day.
-
Skilled in working in confined spaces heights scaffolding and ladders.
-
Reliable safety-focused and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
