Job Description
Designation: Manufacturing Head MCB & Wiring Devices
Location: Maharashtra

Education: B.E. / in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial / Electronics Engineering; Post-graduate degree/diploma in Operations or Industrial Management

Experience: 10 20 years of experience in manufacturing of: o MCBs RCCBs DBs or Switchgear Products o Modular Switches Sockets Faceplates and Electrical Accessories. Proven track record in plant operations lean manufacturing automation and quality systems.
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end manufacturing operations of MCB (Miniature Circuit Breakers) and Wiring Devices (WD) including
switch sockets plates accessories and related electrical components.

The role demands strong technical expertise process improvement acumen manpower leadership and strategic thinking to deliver high-quality cost-effective and timely output.
The candidate should have proven experience in high-volume high-precision assembly lines tooling and quality systems.
