The person will manage and scale an SDR function that delivers a constant flow of highly qualified leads to our global sales teams.
Currently our SDR team uses very traditional methods-scouting leads manually via LinkedIn or internal references. We have no automation no enrichment tools and no data-driven funnel in place. The new hire will overhaul this system from scratch leveraging tools like Apollo Clay Lemlist ChatGPT SalesNav HubSpot etc. and build an engine that works at scale.
