Good experience in effectively managing the product backlog using tools like JIRA / ADO.
Arrange and optimize product backlog.

Organize scrum ceremonies.
Ensure project deliverables are delivered on time with right quality.
Good Experience in Risk identification and mitigation.
Manage and Deliver application development projects.
Manage scope risks and issues.
Track and control the schedule resources and costs.
Facilitate Scrum Collaborations and Co-ordinate with the project stake holders.
Implement changes and steps to increase the teams productivity.
Collaborate with other scrum masters to improve the methodologies efficiency and for any application
dependencies

Experience Criteria:
7 to 8 Years in application delivery.
4 Years in delivering projects as a Scrum Master.
Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills; meet challenging timelines.
Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
Willing to extend learn and act as project coordinator and single point of contact for the client stakeholders
Experience in handling client stakeholders with minimal dependency and drive the entire project deliverables
Have direct coordination with client and project team
Experience in handling project deliverables with defined SLAs through SDLC cycle
Experience in handling Salesforce projects or other CRM applications
Have experience in working with client project team which is totally remote and also have both offshore/onsite
model
