Job Description: Job Title: Scrum Master Data Analytics
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to lead agile delivery for a critical Application Rationalization initiative focused on migrating enterprise data and analytics solutions from SAP HANA to Snowflake. The Scrum Master will facilitate agile ceremonies remove impediments and ensure the team adheres to agile principles while delivering high-quality data solutions. This role requires strong collaboration with data engineers architects analysts and business stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of migration milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Reviews Retrospectives).
Guide the team in adopting and continuously improving Agile/Scrum practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a clear prioritized and actionable backlog.
Track sprint progress manage team velocity and report delivery metrics and KPIs.
Proactively identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
Foster a culture of transparency accountability and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with data engineers architects and analysts across the HANA to Snowflake migration workstreams.
Ensure alignment with project timelines compliance requirements and data governance standards.
Support change management and communication efforts related to the rationalization of legacy applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or a related field.
5 years of experience as a Scrum Master preferably in data analytics or cloud migration projects.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban).
Experience working with data platforms such as SAP HANA and Snowflake.
Familiarity with data migration data warehousing and analytics delivery lifecycles.
Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps Jira).
Excellent facilitation communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively with distributed and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PMI-ACP or equivalent Agile certification.
Experience in large-scale application rationalization or cloud modernization programs.
Knowledge of cloud platforms.
Understanding of data governance data quality and compliance frameworks.
