Job Description
The person will be Responsible for MEP activities Design Coordination & document
management system with all stake holders in PPMS department as per BPPL standards for
the entire Tech Park of 50-acre campus. The person will have high-quality knowledge on
MEP services in construction of Tech Park along with technology & process oriented.
Sound Knowledge on Use of softwares like CAD Revit etc Energy simulation Planning
tools like MSP Primavera etc. Latest MEP trends IER/BEE /AASHRAE/ISHRAE/UPC/NBC
etc Statutory approvals LEED certified buildings Grade A MEP related specifications
Budgeting DBR Templates for all documents Excellent communication skills
Interdepartmental coordination Managing outsourced consultants benchmarking of Industry
