Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong technical program and project management exposure to lead Agile delivery across complex technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience managing enterprise-level programs involving cross-functional teams product stakeholders and delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams; facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Reviews Retrospectives).
Collaborate with Product Owners Tech Leads and Architects to manage and groom product backlogs define user stories and ensure delivery alignment.
Drive Agile adoption across the teams and coach team members on best practices in Agile SAFe or hybrid Agile models.
Manage program-level dependencies risks and delivery milestones especially in large matrixed environments.
Lead release planning and cross-team coordination activities to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
Track and report team performance using Agile metrics like velocity burndown and sprint progress dashboards.
Work closely with engineering QA DevOps and business teams to align on technical delivery goals and remove impediments.
Coordinate stakeholder communication and executive reporting for project/program updates timelines and escalations.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards in documentation change management and governance processes.
Required Skills:
8 years of experience in IT project delivery with at least 4 6 years as a Scrum Master and exposure to technical project/program management.
Strong understanding of Agile Scrum SAFe and Lean frameworks.
Technical awareness in areas such as CI/CD DevOps APIs Microservices and SDLC processes.
Expertise in JIRA Confluence and Agile reporting tools.
Proven experience in managing cross-functional distributed teams and stakeholders at multiple levels.
Excellent communication facilitation and leadership skills.
Ability to drive transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM PSM I/II) SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certifications.
PMP/Prince2 or equivalent Project Management Certification is a plus.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Experience in domains such as Telecom Retail BFSI or Consumer Electronics is advantageous.
