We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Value Delivery Framework Lead to drive measurable improvements across business processes and value streams. This role focuses on optimizing end-to-end delivery by aligning operations with strategic goals enhancing cross-functional collaboration and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of process design strategic insight and change leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Value Stream Mapping & Process Optimization
Lead workshops and initiatives to map current-state value streams and redesign workflows for greater efficiency. Utilize root cause analysis methods such as 5 Whys and Fishbone Diagrams to uncover and address systemic inefficiencies.
Strategic Thinking & Business Alignment
Evaluate business value chains and identify opportunities for improvement aligned with customer needs and strategic priorities. Define outcome-based performance measures that connect daily operations to business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management
Work across departments to embed Lean and Agile principles coach teams on continuous improvement practices and lead change initiatives that drive adoption and sustainability of the Value Delivery Framework.
Framework Design & Governance
Develop and evolve the clients Value Delivery Framework ensuring consistency in application and alignment with broader organizational transformation programs.
Measurement & Reporting
Establish clear metrics and feedback loops to evaluate framework effectiveness track value delivery and inform executive decision-making.
Required Skills & Competencies
Value Stream Mapping & Process Optimization
Expertise in process mapping and redesign
Proficiency in Lean tools including root cause analysis (5 Whys Fishbone Diagrams)
Experience in workflow digitization and automation initiatives is a plus
Strategic Thinking & Business Alignment
Strong analytical skills to evaluate value chains and customer journeys
Ability to define success metrics and link them to business outcomes
Familiarity with OKRs or other strategy deployment methods
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management
Proven ability to align diverse teams around shared goals
Coaching experience in Lean Agile or continuous improvement environments
Experience with change management models (e.g. ADKAR Kotter) is advantageous
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors or masters degree in business Operations Engineering or related field
6 years experience in business transformation operations strategy or enterprise process improvement
Lean Six Sigma certification or Agile/SAFe certifications are a strong advantage
Excellent facilitation and communication skills
