Job Description
Job Location: Lansing MI (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
-
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into UI/UX designs and front-end code
-
Design and prototype interfaces using Adobe XD Figma or similar tools
-
Convert designs into responsive high-performance front-end code
-
Develop using HTML CSS (Tailwind/SASS) and JavaScript or TypeScript
-
Use frameworks like React or Angular when needed
-
Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning and daily stand-ups
-
Use version control and CI/CD tools such as GitHub and Azure DevOps
-
Communicate effectively with developers product owners and business teams
-
5 years of UI/UX design experience using Adobe XD Figma or similar tools
-
5 years of front-end development with HTML CSS Tailwind or SASS
-
Proficient in JavaScript or TypeScript
-
Experience turning UI/UX designs into working front-end components
-
Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools
-
Strong communication and teamwork in Agile environments
-
Portfolio of previous work required for consideration
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with React and/or MUI
- Experience with .NET Web APIs
- Interest in current UI/UX trends and tools
