Job Description
Candidate MUST be open to considering converting to Perm after initial 13 week contract
Any candidates submitted with a taxable home address within 60 miles of the facility location will be billed at BR/hr
Cases/day per Tech: 20-25
Equipment: Hologic 7-units: GE-2 units

Requirement description : Candidate MUST be open to considering converting to Perm after initial 13 week contract
- at least 2 years of Mammo experience
- Must be ARRT (M) certified required
- MRT certificate required cannot pend
- travel experience strongly encouraged
- strong proficiency in screening diagnostic testing and assisting with biopsies & needle localization
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
- Work history/resume
- Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)
- License verification
- References are encouraged
- MUST disclose any previous Parkland employment history within submitting profile.
- Proof of Taxable Address - any of the below documents are acceptable:
- Driver s License
- Current Utility Bill
- Lease/Rental Agreement
- Mortgage Statement/Bill
- Homeowner s or Renter s Insurance Statement/Bill

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ARRT
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Texas
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : Possible 1 Saturday/month as OT
On Call Requirements : None
