Sr. Project Manager

Project managers will perform a full range of project
management tasks as defined by the NYS Project Management
Guidebook R2 and will include:
1. Allocation estimation and reporting of project resources;
2. Identification and maintenance of critical path and contingencies;
3. Utilization of formal project change control process;
4. Identification monitoring control and mitigation planning of project risks;
5. Creation and management of project documentation including but not limited to scope statement schedule budget quality plan risks issues and communication plan;
6. Establishment of project team roles and responsibilities;
7. Facilitation of regular status meetings with project team to monitor project health and progress;
8. Creation of weekly and monthly status reports to communicate project status to all levels of stakeholders
including executives sponsors and management;
9. Facilitation of sponsor and executive level meetings;
10. Management of projects with 20 or more project participants.
