Salary: Market/DOE
- Five (5) years of experience in developing Okta Workflows Identity Governance (IGA) and a minimum of Two (2) years of experience in Okta IGA
- Ten (10) years of relevant experience of Okta Integrations: Single Sign-On (SSO) Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Must have obtained Okta Certification - Professional Administrator Consultant or Technical Architect
- Implementation of Okta integrations (SAML OIDC etc); Okta Administration and Configuration
- Experience with other IAM solutions beyond Okta; Knowledge of Cloud Security principles and best practices (AWS Azure etc.)
- Understanding of identity federation protocols such as SAML OAuth SCIM and OpenID Connect
- Experience with Okta API integrations and System Administration
- Troubleshooting and providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for Okta IAM solutions with application owners and end users
- Providing technical expertise and guidance on Okta best practices security standards and compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR HIPAA SOC 2).
- Configure advanced policies for SSO MFA contextual access and risk-based authentication
- Monitor system health resolve issues and optimize Okta performance and reliability
- Evaluate new IAM technologies to enhance the Okta ecosystem and improve security posture
- Developing and maintaining documentation including architecture diagrams configuration guides and operational procedures
- Perform feasibility analyses and provide recommendations for future system enhancements
- Guide and mentor junior engineers on Okta implementation IAM best practices and secure design principles
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive customer initiatives with technical expertise
- Team player Critical thinker; Good time-management interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work occasionally after-hours and/or weekend work based on mission priorities
