Job Description
- Lead and manage the local development team in alignment with project goals and delivery timelines
- Serve as the main point of contact between local teams and the clients Engineering and QA departments
- Organize demos project updates and stakeholder alignment sessions.
- Coordinate all project activities including planning reporting and communication
- Ensure the quality of documentation and compliance with client and industry standards
- Monitor project progress assess risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Represent the client locally in quality assurance and compliance efforts
- Track financial metrics and enhance results through effective project management and strategic alignment with upper management
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in project management in Embedded or Automotive software domains
- Familiarity with Android Automotive CI/CD pipelines and software validation
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira Confluence and Git
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across technical and business teams
WOULD BE A PLUS
- Background in validation QA or automotive hardware integration
