Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Commercial Air Conditioning Sales Manager to lead our commercial sales efforts across key markets in Nigeria. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a strategic thinker and experienced closer who can open doors drive pipeline growth and lead high-value HVAC project engagements from prospecting to post-installation will play a pivotal role in shaping our market presence forging executive-level relationships and delivering tailored solutions to commercial clients across sectors such as real estate construction manufacturing and public infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Market Expansion: Develop implement and optimize regional and national sales strategies aligned with business objectives to expand market share and revenue in the commercial HVAC space.
- Enterprise Client Acquisition: Identify prospect and secure strategic commercial clients including large-scale developers MEP consultants architects facility managers and government agencies.
- High-Value Deal Management: Lead complex sales cycles and negotiate multimillion-naira projects with C-suite stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work collaboratively with engineering project management and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery of tailored air conditioning solutions.
- Account Management & Retention: Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with high-value clients ensuring continuous satisfaction repeat business and referrals.
- Industry Positioning: Represent the company at industry forums exhibitions and technical sessions to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasting market intelligence and performance analysis to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 10 years experience in commercial air conditioning or HVAC sales preferably in a leadership or enterprise sales capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value complex B2B sales within construction infrastructure or real estate sectors.
- Strong industry network including connections with developers consultants and construction firms.
- Proven experience in crafting and executing strategic sales plans and revenue growth initiatives.
- Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of technical HVAC systems and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business or a related field (MBA or technical certifications in HVAC will be an advantage).
