Job Description
Requirements
Define product vision roadmap and take ownership of the product/project while ensuring thorough communication with stakeholders throughout the project.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze needs prioritize items and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
Work closely with the Scrum and business teams to maintain and groom product backlog based on the business needs
Develop detailed product feature specifications (JIRA epics/stories) and ensure they re clearly understood by relevant teams through backlog grooming workshops
Assess value develop cases and prioritize stories epics and themes to ensure value delivery aligns with the product goal
Serve as a product ambassador internally and externally by sharing product knowledge and resolving questions related to the product.
Support the Scrum Team wherever required.
Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management
Required skills and qualifications
3 years of experience as a PO/BA
In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology for Project Management
Ability to understand business needs and translate them to product functionalities
Ability to understand the technical scope of projects on a high-level
Outstanding communication presentation and leadership skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in a related discipline
