Product Support Program Mgr (Product Support Program Mgmt)-2

The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Maintenance Engineering organization is seeking a first line manager (K) to lead the Product Support team for the Cargo Vertical Lift in Ridley Park PA. Primary focus will be leading the BGS Maintenance Engineering team . This position will lead & manage the Technical Publications & Maintenance Engineering activities. These roles will focus on overseeing the integration of several domestic and international technical data deliveries developing new product offerings and strategies to capture additional business and successfully managing developing and motivating a team of employees.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads planning and integration activities for stand-alone support program(s) or major support business/program element where business needs dictate.
  • Applies technical knowledge of product support/logistics disciplines and Program Management Best Practices to direct program activities.
  • Manages employees performing activities related to cost schedule quality and risk management.
  • Develops and executes project and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes.
  • Manages develops and motivates employees.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3 years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with management customers stakeholders peers and partners
  • 5 years of experience with managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • Previous aerospace industry experience
  • Experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis
  • Experience with the military rotorcraft market
  • Experience as a leader or manager
