About the role
This role is key in fostering a professional and welcoming atmosphere both on campus and in the office. Youll oversee daily office operations while serving as the primary point of contact for both current and prospective students. Acting as a vital liaison between on-campus and remote teams youll ensure smooth communication coordination of events and the delivery of experiences that embody our values and culture.
Youre excited about this opportunity because you will
- Serve as the welcoming face of the office for staff guests and vendors.
- Manage all office logistics including supplies deliveries maintenance and vendor relationships.
- Assist with onboarding by setting up workstations welcome materials and coordinating IT needs.
- Ensure the office break rooms and communal areas remain clean stocked and organized.
- Plan and support employee events happy hours and engagement activities.
- Provide front desk support (phones badges payments) and general administrative assistance.
- Support Campus Ambassador and General Manager as needed.

What youll get: Hourly compensation between $25.48 - $27.40 based on qualifications and experience.
