The Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) organization is looking for a Sr. Brand Manager to collaborate with partner teams to formulate strategic insights establish brand standards develop a holistic content strategy and execute qualified marketing activations. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to influence and work with leaders across multiple organizations to apply these brand standards within the context of communications uniforms fleet design and app configuration. You will need to demonstrate many of the Amazon Leadership Principles including Customer Obsession Ownership Dive Deep Learn & Be Curious Invent & Simplify Earn Trust Think Big and Deliver Results.
Key job responsibilities - Deep dive perception gaps and formulate insights and action plans - Establish a north star vision for initiative launches - Create a holistic content strategy to transform perception through marketing and advertising campaigns - Build a qualification mechanism to validate content prior to driving broad-based awareness - Deliver tools mechanisms and solutions to help DSPs build equity within their teams
- 6 years of professional non-internship marketing experience - 7 years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables) - Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners - Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
