Job Description
- Provides general ERP system support to end users
- Assists end users with complex transactional issues
- Trains end users on essential processes such as transaction adjustments order entry and warehouse functions.
- Write new code specifications for ERP to ensure operational efficiencies
- Testing of new code/development of the ERP system
- System support implementations and upgrades
- Develops and maintains training manuals for end users
- Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet company needs.
- Works closely with management on special projects.
- Maintains job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities reading professional publications maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
