As a Bellperson/Valet you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests providing a warm and friendly welcome.

With your vibrant personality and excellent communication skills you will ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process respond to inquiries and address requests and concerns promptly and professionally. Your role as a Front Desk Host/Valet is crucial in shaping the overall guest experience leaving a lasting impression and ensuring their visit is nothing short of extraordinary. Looking for someone with flexibility in their schedule must be available evenings weekends and holidays. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience Bellperson/Valet specific experience preferred.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A BELLPERSON/VALET

The Bellperson-Valet will assist guests with their luggage and show guests to their room as well as drive and park vehicles in a safe manner as directed by the manager. You will ensure that a great first impression of service is presented to our guests. A presentable appearance as well as a customer service focused demeanor will be essential for this role.

ARE YOU THE BELL PERSON/VALET WERE LOOKING FOR

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
Ability to stand on your feet for several hours.
Previous guest service.
Guest and customer service focused.
Friendly and welcoming demeanor when dealing with guests and/or co-workers.
Speak with others using clear and professional language.
Excellent attendance.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma.
Valid Drivers License.
Driving/DMV record must meet minimum qualifications for coverage under
property liability insurance policies.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests management and co-workers to their understanding.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous customer service experience preferred.
