Here at the Patty Center Ice Arena - team Members regardless of position will be expected to provide an outstanding customer experience. Accept instructions and work cooperatively with ice users. Continue ongoing housekeeping duties throughout the facility with the ability to operate or learn to operate a skate sharpener.
To thrive in this role you will need some knowledge of machinery operation and mechanical skill(s) sufficient to handle minor repairs.
Customer service and the ability to demonstrate a high energy level with an outgoing personality.
Minimum Qualifications:
Have excellent customer service skills
Be a team player
Be at least 18 years of age
Understand the importance of dependability & organization
Have a valid drivers license
CPR/1st aid certified or willing to become certified.
Current UAF student in good standing
Position Details:
This is a part-time student position. Starting rate of $13.03 per hour.
This is a pooled position which means that the position remains open over the entire academic year.
