We are seeking a Corporate Nurse Manager who is responsible for administrative and clinical oversight of our Health and Wellness Department. The Nurse Manager will provide management direction and guidance to ensure the nursing staff delivers safe and effective treatment.
Position: Corporate Nurse Manager
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Providing supervision direction and training to the Health and Wellness staff on policies and procedures.
- Overseeing the medication administration documentation and destruction process.
- Holding regular meetings with the health and wellness staff individually and collectively.
- Communicating with outside physicians to plan deliver and evaluate care.
- Reviewing documentation to ensure notes are complete and accurate.
- Responsible for scheduling staff in the Health and Wellness Department.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate of Science in Registered Nursing required; Bachelors degree preferred
- License:Current valid California License in good standing as a Registered Nurse
- Drivers License: Current valid California Driver License with a good driving record (per company discretion)
Additional Qualifications:
- Must fulfill pre-employment conditions: tuberculosis screening (annually thereafter) background check (including criminal and driving record check) drug screening and reference checks. Ongoing monitoring and screenings during employment in accordance with the law and company policy.
- Travel between company locations in Los Angeles and Ventura counties is required.
