In this influential role youll lead benefit administration strategy conversations re-enrollment planning stewardship reviews and benefit education ensuring our clients get lasting value and a best-in-class experience. Youll collaborate with senior leaders across the organization using your expertise and judgment to drive customer loyalty strengthen retention and fuel long-term growth.
We are hiring in multiple locations. You must be located within the local market to be considered. Client Managers/Account Executives are expected to travel locally up to 40% of the time attend key meetings in the local sales office and work remotely otherwise.
