Job Description
Job Title: Hybrid Case Management Associate
Location: Detroit MI
Training Schedule:Monday- Friday 8am-6pm flexible start time for 2 weeks
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-6pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Case Management Associate to support our vehicle insurance claims and litigation operations. This role is a Hybrid role that will require you to report to work onsite 1-2 days a week. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in paralegal studies or legal support who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will leverage strong organizational and communication skills to manage insurance claims cases from inception through resolution while ensuring legal compliance and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track a portfolio of vehicle insurance claims and litigation cases.
- Conduct targeted key term searches in legal databases and case files to extract relevant information.
- Provide timely and professional customer service to policyholders attorneys claimants and internal departments.
- Review and analyze case documentation to assist attorneys and adjusters in the resolution of claims.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with claims adjusters legal teams and external stakeholders.
- Draft and manage correspondence summaries reports and other legal documents.
- Monitor case timelines deadlines and tasks to ensure timely action and compliance.
- Maintain detailed and organized case files in both digital and physical formats.
- Contribute to team discussions and strategy meetings offering critical thinking and problem-solving insights.
- Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in paralegal studies; OR
- Bachelors degree in any field accompanied by a paralegal certificate and relevant legal/claims experience.
- Core Competencies:
- Proficient in conducting claims-related key term searches.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Effective time and task management with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).

For this position actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. In addition to base pay this position based on business need may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage voluntary dental and vision programs life and disability insurance a retirement savings plan paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $25 per hour.
