General Duties:
The CVLA Academic Support Summer School Program teacher responsibilities include but are not limited
to:
Frequent communication and documenting communication with students and families
Communication/collaboration with applicable staff and stakeholders
Creation and implementation of virtual lessons
Creation of curricular resources/summer school scope and sequence
Compliance with any and all special education requirements (if applicable)
Submission of grades through ASPEN.
Note: These are minimum requirements. Teachers may expand upon any of these duties as they see fit
but must meet these daily requirements.
Qualifications: The ideal candidates will be current teachers in grades 7-12 who are passionate about
teaching students virtually.
Compensation: $3080 Stipend
Dates/Time:
Summer School will run from June 30th-July 24th. Work days will be 8:00AM-12:00PM
Week 1 - Monday June 30th - Thursday July 3rd (4 Day week)
Week 2 - Monday July 7th - Thursday July 10th (4 Day week)
Week 3 - Monday July 14th -Thursday July 17th (4 Day Week)
Week 4 - Monday July 21st- Thursday July 24th (4 Day Week)
