Job Description:
Should be Science/ Commerce Graduate preferably Graduate in Engineering in any stream/ MCA/ BCA/ BSC in Computer Science or equivalent qualification with minimum 3 years of in-scope solutions experience or graduate with minimum 5 years of in- scope solutions experience in the field of IT implementation / support of related solutions.
Mandatory Experience and Knowledge-
Experience of working in Similar Projects as Backup & Storage Management L2 in Public Sector Banks/Private Banks/BFSI/PSU Sector.
Should be certified in following certification:
OEM specific certification with highest credibility according to Storage and Backup software proposed for the solutions part of the RFP.
Generic Skills -
Work as part of 24x7 operations team
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
