We are looking for a Retail Operations Administration Assistant. The role is office based in our small and busy office situated above our Swindon warehouse.
As a Retail Operations Administration Assistantyour role will primarily focus on supporting the return of the gift aid end of year statements. This role works within the parameters of HMRC legal requirements and therefore involves a high level of data accuracy. Duties will also consist of a range of administrative tasks to support the team including product ordering supplier relationships SharePoint maintenance Complaint & incident management maintaining records reporting and other ad-hoc duties to support commercial activities.

Contract: 35 hours per week 6 month fixed term contract
