Youre the behind-the-scenes mastermind
Were looking for an energetic jovial person with a knack for making the day for those he or she comes into contact with through spontaneous attentions. The Banquet Team Lead is a committed and independent participant in the smooth running of events. They are committed to providing prompt attentive service whatever the task at hand. Organized and positive the holder of this multidisciplinary position knows how to be in solution mode to respond effectively to the various demands that occupy his/her day.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Provide high-quality service by working in collaboration with several departments.
- Make sure all of the meeting rooms are ready before the arrival of the guests and make sure the event is running smoothly
- Take part in setting up and dismantling the meeting and banquet rooms.
- Help with serving meals and coffee breaks
- Perform various reception delivery storage supply or maintenance tasks.
- Contribute through your individuality and creativity to constantly improving the experience of our guests.
- Help the sales team with some administrative duties
WHAT YOULL BRING
- High school diploma or equivalent an asset
- Experience in restaurant service or banquet
- Good time management and adaptability
- Determination and team spirit
- Good physical fitness: standing for long periods lifting loads and performing certain repetitive tasks
