We are currently seeking an associate. The successful candidate will focus on providing our clients with an in-depth range of valuation and advisory services. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in providing valuation reviews on real property using various methodologies including cost income and direct sales comparison approach.
- Writing and updating of various analytic reports i.e. Regional and Market analyses and Industry Overviews.
- Input and audit sales comparable data such as lease expense rent comps and sales transactions.
- Work as part of a team on large or complex client engagements on a portfolio of properties.
- Support the efforts of others in the group to ensure exceptional service to our clients.
- To develop property valuation knowledge and expertise and to become an Accredited Appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of experience ideally in real estate appraisal
- Bachelors degree preferable in business urban studies or economics.
- Strong research analytic and written skills are required.
- Must be detail oriented.
- A valid drivers license.
